🚨Open Message to the #RCADE Team: Proposals for Justice and Restoring Investor Confidence🚨

Many long-term supporters of the RCADE project were unfortunately met with deep disappointment during the TGE process. After months and for some, years of waiting, the highly anticipated listing moment was overshadowed by serious technical failures. Due to a website crash at the time of the TGE, investors received their tokens with a 2.5-hour delay. This delay led to significant price drops, causing severe financial losses for many.

This situation resulted not only in monetary losses but also in a major erosion of investor trust. Especially for those considering running a node, uncertainty around whether node fees will pay off has created serious hesitation.

In light of these circumstances, it’s critical that the team empathizes with the community, takes corrective action, and works to regain trust. Below are our proposals aimed at resolving the injustice and restoring confidence:

🔧 Our Proposed Solutions

1. Node Fees Should Be Waived for Early Supporters:

Long-term early investors should not be required to pay additional node fees. Instead, a small percentage can be deducted from the rewards earned through node operation — a more fair and sustainable model.

2. Additional Incentives to Boost Morale:

Early supporters should be rewarded with extra benefits such as bonus rewards, exclusive access to events, or staking perks to restore motivation and appreciation.

3. Careful Market and Liquidity Management:

To recover from the recent price decline and restore investor morale, a well-structured and transparent liquidity management strategy must be applied. The team should take visible and proactive steps in this regard.

4. Transparent Communication and Regular Updates:

The team should clearly explain what caused the TGE delays and acknowledge the resulting damage. Furthermore, specific actions being taken to prevent future issues should be publicly shared.

These proposals are designed to help correct past injustices, make node participation more appealing again, and rebuild trust within the community. We want to emphasize that many still stand behind this project but continued support must be met with sincere and concrete actions.
