There is a body called ECA that comprises of 200 big clubs in Europe, including the 12 teams that signed the superleague contract, while didn't they find a way to include them in the super league, if they care about European football

Meaning instead of sponsors buying tv rights of 1st and 2nd division together they can buy just the 1st, increasing its value
