1) Assume your staff want to be good at their job. Give them the benefit of the doubt.
2) Trust their professional judgment.
3) Involve staff in decision making when possible.
4) Communicate to your staff that you value them.
5) ALWAYS have their back.

@tracyrenee70 Sadly, admin usually doesn’t read them anyway. They just want something posted. I just changed the dates on generic lesson plans. However, as a great instructor, I assessed my students where they were each day and created real lesson plans daily as needed for classroom use.
