@Lenovo_in @LenovoLegion @LenovoSupport I purchased an extended adp warranty till 16th oct 2025 now I am trying to claim my adp warranty for my laptop with serial no.- PF350J40 they are denying my request. They are saying my system is showing out of warranty. Please help

Actually I've been provided DOA by customer care and my laptop is sealed and somehow by mistake I forgot some important files in my laptop and if I'll open my seal then my DOA will be terminated please help me with a solution

@Lenovo_in @Lenovo @LenovoLegion Lenovo Legion laptops have one of the worst services. I have Lenovo Legion 5 Pro and this laptop has so many issues and lenovo doesn't have any fix. They change part and it get faulty again in a month. I would prefer other brand for gaming laptop.
