@ameliaboone Twice for labrum- it felt better but didn’t get me back to running. My labrum tear was due to an impingement, I wish I would have just opted for the surgery in the first place instead of PRP.

@ameliaboone 7 kids and a million animals- the kids clean up after themselves... which really just means make messes in different areas 🤷🏼‍♀️ my house is picked up, but will never pass a white glove test. Oh, and a robot vacuum that runs multiple times a day is a must.
