sometimes I be feeling like God be removing you from people and situations so that the actual person can get their karma and you don’t have to be collateral damage in the process I know it sounds grim but hear me out….. cuz why yo life get 10x better when you distance yourself?
Hanging out with old friends who haven’t changed is one of the best feelings in the world. They bring out a part of you that you thought you outgrew because “life went on”. As we grow, we keep every age inside of us. Younger versions of yourself never truly disappear,
Modesty will not save you. It didn’t save our mothers, sisters, grandmothers. Clothes, revealing skin/not revealing skin is a non factor when we live in a world where men are primed to view women as objects to be used for their own pleasure
Do not feel ashamed if you’re having a hard time letting go of people. Healing from loss and grief isn’t a linear process. Months go by and you might not feel a thing for them, and then boom, a little bit of grief or sadness comes up. It’s normal. In due time you will move forward and heal. Be gentle on yourself. <3
Losing people is TOUGH. Really tough. Especially as you get older and opportunities for new relationships seem harder to come by. It’s okay to be sad for a moment. But also know that love is abundance and it can be redirected. Pour so much love into yourself that it overflows into everything and everyone around you. Keep your heart open so love can flow through and not get blocked.
