@bigbasket_com Thnk u also I would like to add the product is of nov 2024 and the warranty is for 2 yrs so i have received old product for which warranty is about to expire . Also tip of the body is broken .I don’t know if there is any QA check at bigbasket warehouse before sending to costumer

@MyntraSupport Today in the morning it was showing out for pick up and at evening this is the status . Also other items were delivered today to me but struggling to get return picked up. Why was the same delivery agent not assigned to pick the return? When will this return be picked ?

@MyntraSupport unfortunately nothing is working. The return is only getting canceled. I have created return atleast 7 times for this product. Every single day it gets cancelled without any communication .pls initiated my refund and the dress will be kept at my door step it can be picked anytime
