Koq ujung-ujungnya cuma melarang penggunaan strobo da tat-tet-totnya yang berlebihan?! Akar masalahnya kan diskriminasi yang timbul dari adanya nopol khusus pejabat.

Nopol khusus TNI/polri pun seharusnya hanya untuk kendaraan operasional lapangan, bukan mobil dinas pejabatnya.
