Jadi, pembahasan pundit-pundit soal formasi 3 bek & 4 bek itu harusnya udah ga relevan krn mekanismenya sangat dinamis di sepakbola modern. Mekanisme = taktik.

Jadi kalau mau bahas taktikal, bahas mekanisme dr 3-4-3 bisa jadi 4-4-2. Tugas 2 presser di depan seperti apa. Trigger utk press gimana, bagaimana 4 bek jaga ruang antar lini & belakang lini, dst.

Tahu ga kalau Scaloni ini selain pernah diremehin Maradona dan publik Argentina, skuadnya sendiri pernah meragukan Scaloni.

Di wawancara dengan Telefe, De Paul mengaku di awal adanya ketidakpercayaan ke Scaloni dan stafnya. Situasinya sulit.

Padahal awalnya Scaloni cuma dijatah dua bulan sebagai interim.

Jadi gimana tim yg mulai dg keraguan bisa jadi juara dunia?

Exercise: The life
Henrik called this exercise “The Life” just because it is like the life. Not fair. And the players need to know that life is not always fair, exactly like this exercise. BUT also learn the players to have focus on more than one thing! Not only the game you play.

- 3 different games - One 6v6, One 4v4 and then one in the middle 1 against 1.
- You give the players numbers to remember and when you shout the number those 2 players goes in the middle and play a 1v1

A lot of coaches in @Malmo_FF academy are still doing this exercise long after Henrik Rydström got sacked from Malmö.
- That’s shows is impact on the club with his football Philosophy ⚽️🧠

I have watched a training session live with Henrik when he did this exercise in @Malmo_FF and I didn’t realise what happened haha😅
