@AmazonHelp That’s just it Dawn. I’ve been through live chat numerous times since Saturday. Still no help from your appropriate team. I’ve ran out of patience. Back and forth with no solution.

@amazon Absolutely disgusted with their level of customer service. It’s coming up to a week, and still, no solution to my situation. Instead, an automated email. Now i’m out of pocket.

@AmazonHelp Item was due to be delivered for Wednesday 28th. No courier whatsoever throughout Wednesday. However parcel status was delivered. Contacted Amazon chat assist, was asked to give Amazon till the end of Friday. Still no show of my parcel. Still no solution, no replacement/refund
