30 days of grinding, wiped in 48 hours.

the challenge was going so clean, slowly built up consistent green days and was sitting at +7 SOL profit.

then disaster happened. I took 2 bad trades with heavy sizing and got hit with a -3 SOL loss in a single session.

ever since that hit, my mental completely broke. started revenge trading, apeing into zero conviction garbage, and praying for a random 10x to build up the port in one play.

on top of that, my brain is completely FRIED after doing 10 straight days of 12+ hours locked to the charts with no breaks.

I’m stepping away for 2 days to fully reset. after that, I'll decide if I even want to keep pushing this challenge forward.

if anyone’s been through a spiral like this, drop some advice below. need to clear my head.
