@zomato refused to cancel the order even when it was in the initial cancelable window. Then they harass you with a million phone calls.
You need to show customer care in reverse - when I was reaching out in the first 10sec you didn't bother to even hear my queries

@Voiceofhindus@rahoulteli This is all secondary. The primary reason itself is not working - low quality products, poor customer experience and delayed delivery/unkept promises!
@Lenskart_com lying in your promises to customers also? App says next day delivery, text says delivery by Mon and only when you dig deeper the ETA turned out to be 7 days! Immediately cancelled my orders!
Very poor experience with @MaxHealthcare.
Booked appointment โ no confirmation. Support said systems down, promised callback โ none. Next call: no booking exists.
4 calls, ~50 mins for a basic OPD slot. This is basic hygiene.

Can you be a bit customer friendly? I had pre booked a wheelchair for my mom's travel but it was not responded and now there doesn't seem to be a way to speak to a human on your support lines!
