When I was in college studying Computer Science in 2005, I was told that out-sourcing to India will remove the demand for programmers. It was a real fear!

1. I have something in my pocket that instantly adapts to my learning style. It’s incredibly relieving. No concept too difficult to understand

2. A lot of introductory courses feel slow now. “This could’ve been a ChatGPT conversation”

3. FOMO. If you’re just starting to learn AI fundamentals, you know the gap is huge. “Is this even worth it?”

Overall, I’ve become more picky about what I focus on. Even after all of these advancements, there’s still no model out there that can do basic electrical/mechanical/chemical/civil engineering

It has forced me to think more long term. And that’s a good thing!

Here's a list of everything that's new in the refreshed North American Model 3 vs the old Model 3:

• Same prices as old Model 3
• Up to ~2.4% higher range on Long Range trim (341), same range on RWD (272)
• 50% of the parts in the car are new
• 4.3% more cargo capacity
• Long Range is 4 lbs lighter than before, RWD is 29 lbs heavier than before
• 0.1" lower ground clearance vs old 3
• 30% decrease in wind and ambient noise, 25% improvement in impact noise and 20% improvement in road noise
• Redesigned interior with new door cards
• More premium interior materials. The fabric is softer to the touch and sewn with a more refined process to present a better overall texture
• Two new colors: Ultra Red ($2k) & Stealth Gray (no extra cost)
• No more stalks. New steering wheel contains the turns signals, light controls, horn, new camera button, wiper controls and mic control
• New dash design with textured/woven material
• Multicolor ambient LED interior lighting extending from dash to rear seat doors

• Car is 1" longer overall
• Tesla is working on new Performance Model 3. TBD on timing.
• Neither the Long Range or RWD Model 3 qualify for the US Fed EV credit, unless you lease. Then you can get the full $7,500.
• Deliveries start in about 2 weeks (end of January)
