Some sobering math. Avg lifespan is 80 yrs. Sub the 1st and last 10 bc you’re a kid/old and frail. So 60 “functional” years. Assuming 8hrs a night sleeping = 40 waking functional years. Assuming 40hr work week = 27 waking years you’re not at work or sleeping. That’s all we get…
