@BriannaWu DSA wants to dismantle the presidency, the Supreme Court, the senate, abolish prisons, eliminate borders, grant amnesty to all undocumented migrants, etc. Essentially an end to the U.S. The far right is bad news, but they don’t want any of that. They’re the lesser of 2 evils.

I definitely don’t have a crush. He’s the same age as my nephew, too young, I’m into super masculine silver foxes. I’ve just got eyes, ears and discernment. Before the sexual revolution, a man who wanted access to a woman had to offer marriage. He had to commit, provide, and prove himself worthy. Sex was reserved for the marriage bed, and this gave women enormous leverage in selecting the best possible husband.

The sexual revolution removed all that. Women were told casual sex was empowering. And men were happy, they could get everything they wanted without offering anything in return.

Fifty years later, women are more sexually available than ever and lonelier than ever. They gave away their only bargaining chip and got nothing except heartbreak and men who see no reason to commit.

The revolution wasn't for women. It was for men.
