On September 21, 2007, Emily Elizabeth Haddock was taking the day off from school to recover from strep throat. Meanwhile, a group of teenagers were knocking on doors in the neighborhood, pretending to need directions. If no one came to the door of a home, the young men would enter and burglarize it. When they arrived at Emily's house, she was in a back room, working on a puzzle. Michael Currie and his associates broke in and discovered the 12-year-old girl home alone, so they shot her in the mouth and the back of the head. Emily's grandfather found her lifeless body when he came to check in on her.

The tragic & unlawful killing of HeeHaw now leaves Cedartown Police Officer Trenton Ryan Garner facing a $1 million federal civil rights lawsuit!

The Cedartown police officer who shot & killed pet miniature baby donkey, HeeHaw, in his own pasture,violated 3 major constitutional violations:
•Unlawful entry & search
•Unreasonable seizure
•Deprivation of property without due process

Officers entered the property without permission at 12:45 AM searching for a missing child (safely found elsewhere). When the friendly, petting-zoo donkey ran up braying, the officer claimed to "feel threatened," tased him, AND then shot him dead!

Public outrage continues to boil over in the #JusticeForHeeHaw case. Following a recent rally outside the Polk County Courthouse, Stephen Chad Garner, the father of the officer who shot HeeHaw was arrested & charged with disorderly conduct!

The family of HeeHaw remain devastated - nothing can bring HeeHaw back plz help continue to fight for justice!

That girl used HeeHaw to get through her trauma. Petting zoos. Best friend.
Bottle-raised baby who ran up to people.

Fire department says the drone was off. But there is one still photo. They will NOT release it. “Compromises the investigation.”

What compromises the investigation is leaving a CHILD to discover a body you created.

GET THE FOOTAGE OUT.

If that shot was clean, the tape would already be public. If that still was nothing, they would have dropped it.
