@nykaacares Customer support of Nykaa refused to help me for store related issue and store manager at Nykaa, Pune refused to give me a refund. I was made to wait for 30 mins in the store saying they are checking the issue and in the end I was told to leave without product

@MyNykaa worst experience at Nykaa store, Phoenix mall, Pune. They refused to allow me to take the product home after purchase at store saying the transaction doesn’t reflect on their system even after I showed proof of successful transaction on my netbanking.

@MyNykaa @MyNykaa Not only did the store not allow me take the product home even after my money got debited from my bank a/c because of a system issue from Nykaa , the store also confessed after a day that they overcharged me Rs 130 at the time of billing @AdwaitaNayar

@rpopune My passport was not delivered to me and was returned to RPO this week. @IndiaPostOffice Post master has confirmed over a call that my address was not fully printed and my phone no. was not present on the post. Could you please make sure the details are printed correctly?

@IndiaPostOffice my passport was dispatched but undelivered to my address despite me being at home. Delivery was not attempted & my passport has been returned to RPO stating that door was locked. Now I am expected to travel to RPO which is 19kms away to initiate re-dispatch
