@AznXanek People forget how much holostars means to yagoo. Bro's been doing the most to try and keep them afloat, even personally being their managers. https://t.co/z4CaU4pIpW
@_electronicmail@DeployLoyal I think one big issue is they haven't identified their core audience and what direction their activities should take. Rio mentioned something like that to suisei, just gotta find the clip...
@DeployLoyal@_electronicmail I hope so. As I said earlier, Rio is the one i watch the most but every time I watch he only has a few hundred viewers. I personally feel like we have to pump these numbers up before calling out anyone/anything else.
@DeployLoyal@_electronicmail In all honesty, viewership. Rio is the holostarJP i watch the most and when I watch hes usually around 300 viewers. Even today with the news and a kobo raid he barely had 1k. Ruze and altare are the only stars live right now (they're collabing) and they have a combined 2k.
@LefokWolfy@slothofshadows I mean, idk how much money went into their concerts but I do know the HoloStars concerts were their own events. The HoloID concert wasnt, it was a part of comic frontier 21. Also, it took 5 years for HoloID to get their first concert, HoloEN 3 years, HoloStars 2 years.
@LefokWolfy@slothofshadows Cover gave holostars 3 concerts before they gave holoID 1. Yagoo personally took over as manager for holostars at one point. Theres plenty of instances where Cover tried to boost holostars in the past yet none of them hit 400k subs yet and they started in 2019.
@Skelet0000r@Razurin_@Just_Egg13 Real. Like, none of the holostars have hit 400k subs yet. None of them. Some of them debuted all the way back in 2019. No way all the people complaining have been watching holostars. I watch Rio the most amongst the JP boys and theres plenty of streams where theres just 200 of us
@Razurin_@Just_Egg13 Im literally watching Rio stream pokopia right now and he was hovering around 650 viewers until kobo raided. Theres way more people complaining about cover's lack of support than people actually supporting.
@ichiumucos The issue is that keeki has been busy with a very similar event of her own so it would be hard for her to be a part of this one too. But I mean, its possible.
@FalconDB2@kowkarot5 Mumei's voice seems to have not fully recovered as she only does mute streams and occasional appearances as a guest in concerts, and the affiliate position didnt exist when sana was around.
@FalconDB2@kowkarot5 Its all about what they want in life. Gura mentioned that the attention and expectations from being the biggest in EN was terrifying (her own words from kiara's holotalk show) and fauna's new persona mentioned she was now engaged and wants to start a family.
