कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत माननीय केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री श्री @AmitShah जी के संदेश के साथ हुई।

इस अवसर पर महानिदेशक ने द्विमासिक गृह पत्रिका सी.आर.पी.एफ समाचार के 'राजभाषा विशेषांक' का विमोचन किया तथा गैर-हिंदी भाषी कर्मियों के प्रशिक्षण व हिंदी के अधिकतम प्रयोग पर विशेष बल दिया।

राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन हेतु विजेताओं को 'राजभाषा शील्ड' से महानिदेशक द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया:
