A los desarrolladores de "Forza Horizon 6" se les hizo fácil promocionar a Japón como el gran atractivo de su nuevo juego, pero a la hora de la verdad terminaron desatando una insólita cacería contra los jugadores que decoran sus autos con diseños de anime.

Varios creadores comenzaron a recibir suspensiones directas por sus vehículos estilo itasha, una ola de sanciones tan estricta que no solo borró autos compartidos, sino que castigó a usuarios por tomarles fotos dentro del juego y hasta por guardar simples bocetos inconclusos en su taller privado bajo la etiqueta de "contenido sugerente".

El equipo tuvo que actualizar sus políticas a toda prisa para aclarar que los diseños de anime sí están permitidos siempre que no muestren poses o prendas provocativas, aunque a la comunidad nadie le quita la molestia de ver cómo presumieron la cultura callejera nipona para vender copias para luego ponerse a censurarla.
