SPX is trading around 7535, almost flat from yesterday’s close. 0DTE ATM IV is only 15.7%, and the expected move (straddle) is just 27 points.

This is a very compressed volatility environment, which usually creates slow dealer-controlled price action and fast premium decay

IF SPX Goes UP:
Above 7540 on a clean 5 min acceptance:
Targets: 7550 → 7560 → 7575
Stop: 5 min close back below 7530

IF SPX Goes Down:
Below 7520 on a clean 5 min acceptance:
Targets: 7510 → 7500 → 7485
Stop: 5 min close back above 7530

The POC (Point of Control) is the king. Trade the levels, not the noise.

✅ POC = Most traded price. Acts as magnetic support/resistance.

✅ Value Area (VA) = 70% of volume. Break VAH = upside acceleration. Break VAL = downside panic.

✅ "POC Flip" rule: Price breaks above prior POC + holds 2 candles = trend shift confirmed.

✅ Avoid 1m/5m profiles. Use 30m or 1H for clean data.

✅ Low Volume Nodes (LVN) = price vacuums. Price rips through them, set targets there.

✅ Big money defends the POC. Retests are your highest-probability entries.
