@JagexSupport I also found my Google Authenticator which is attached to a single character on that account, but does not get me into my Jagex account. Is there a way to have the characters removed from the Jagex account? They were Apparati, Iron App, and GIM App.

@JagexSupport Mod Ash recommended I contact you here. Had to replace my phone which unfortunately had my backup codes and authenticator on it. Can’t access my Jagex account that has my 3 characters on it with years and years of progress. What can I do?

I’ve submitted a ticket but was told I was SOL without backup codes. I realize storing them on my phone was a mistake and my own fault, however is there any way I can go about proving ownership of the account and retrieving it? I’d be gutted losing my accounts from one mistake

@JagexAsh That was my first step, but unfortunately they said without the backup codes, I’m pretty much SOL. I was hoping there was some way I could prove ownership of the account and be granted a one time pass for making a stupid mistake of keeping everything on my phone
