@siimland @Alan_Couzens I genuinely dont understand this my VO2 max for the last two years has been steady 38 to 42 back-and-forth I train 5-6 days a week. I run. I do hills, sprints once a week I do pacing workouts I do long slow runs. I walk I lift but it doesn’t budge. Still, I’m fit.
