@samtripoli The new neighbor bought the house next door for 3 mil and put probably a half mil in renovations. The neighbors on the otherside bought the house lets say 10 13 yrs ago 1 mil. Putting in probably 700 to 1 mil in upgrades. Looks great. Indian and Japanese
