@agoda I reached the hotel yesterday and had to pay an extra €210 because the hotel said my booking was for 2 people only. Absolute headache and embarrassment with my kids crying because of the raised voices

@agoda Absolute scam do not use. I arrived at hotel today and had to pay extra £300 because the deal they claimed to be for 2 adults, I child and 1 infant was only for 2 adults. Spent hours trying to contact them to no avail 😡
