I own a 2021 model kia sonet Diesel variant, i am writing this as i am not satisfied with the service provided by Taapasi motors in Kalyan nagar. A brief i was getting my vehicle serviced at hyderabad Car kia jubilee hills until i relocated to Bengaluru

Again today the same issue has cropped up in a gap of again 7 days. I have serious doubts that the showroom had replaced my exhaust system with a faulty one as this issue has been very frequent post servicing at the mentioned service station.

@BataCares @DishPatani Surprisingly i received a mailer from customer care stating that you have resolved my issue but i have neither received a call nor refund. So amused how my issue stands resolved.

I had ordered shoes online through your website, the order was cancelled from your side, its been more than 45 days i have not received my refund. The mails sent to your id is never replied back. Ref number is 284764. When will i get my refund? @BATA_India

@BataCares Awesome!!! I didnt knew Bata doesnt have money to refund for orders which was not fulfilled by you and still after 45 days they dont have update on the refund. Please keep the money if it helps you to save your god damn faces.
