@ReubenR80027912 It’s doable if you’re a high earner. A lot of people in tech with >$300k salary in their 20s and 30s able to retire in their early 40s. Didn’t have to live all that frugally in their 20s and 30s either. Just invested high earnings early and let time compound.
@steveonomics Opportunity cost of time is way higher in your 40s than your 60s. You can hike machu pichu reasonably well in your 40s but your 60s maybe not.
