Texas state agencies are being named on hundreds of H-1B filings by vendors that have no listed relationship with the state. (Agency heads - check your websites, you are required to show your contracts on your site per SB 20. It’ll be really embarrassing if this isn’t fixed today.)

A large share of those vendors use the same lawyer. (I bet my followers can figure this one out.)

One of the CEOs just put his $1.2 million home up for rent - fully furnished. (Who wants to bet he ran home to India?)

Some of these companies historical filings show repeated worksite mismatches between LCAs and PERMs. (Time to revoke green cards.)

PS: This isn’t Texas - I’ve found this happening from coast to coast. Many of these vendors appear to only list state contracts as secondary employers and often use only one law firm for their LCAs.
