@British_Airways it’s a shame that my mother complained in January about our December holiday and we still await a response due to ‘busy period’. My friend complained about a flight in July and has received a reply with a resolution. Make it make sense. Great customer service!

18 months to clear a debt from previous resident on my account that British Gas have acknowledged is not mine. I now have a collection agency harassing me for a debt that does not belong to me. 5 weeks on, British Gas have not responded to my complaint @BritishGasHelp@ofgem
