@theramonjackson @samanthamarika1 You are splitting hair - go back to the fundamentals. Sending anything MUST cost the budget, it's impossible otherwise. It doesn't matter how or when the budget will be adjusted to make up for everything that was sent. It's a basic law of physics - nothing just materializes.
