My QBI loss CF is now basically double what it was

2. Large property sale now, using passive losses.
3. Large negative QBI since previous passive losses are offsetting small E profit this year

4. My 8995 shows the current year loss PLUS the previous QBI CF loss. I feel like the same loss dollars are being used twice by this happening. The CF amount of dollars are already in this year’s E loss. Is the 8995 correct?
