It wasn't the middle finger, it was the index finger and middle finger.

@ShandiYV1 @thesportsgully Both the English & Scottish FAs have said, multiple times, they wish to compete seperately, fearing a loss of identity as seperate nations.

The only time the home nations have competed together in Football as Great Britain was at the 2012 Olympics held in the UK.
