Based on my CxM experience, they check IDs during CaratZone and again before you enter your gate. They also properly check if your face matches the ID. I saw one person being asked to step aside because the face on the ID didn’t look similar enough.

I also tried cancelling tickets for another event on Tixcraft before, and the system doesn’t update in real time. Also, Tixcraft numbering is random and not based on timestamps.

Be careful and don’t get scammed.
