In an era of revisionist histories justifying authoritarian government actions through the prism of nationalism, #Satluj serves as a reminder that democracy is much more than just voting.

Sikh orgs like @ensaaf have even documented Punjabi Hindu victims of extra judicial killings during strech of 1982-1997 by Police and cases are registered and still pending in Thanas across Punjab
Were they Khadkus or Jatts ?
Your shameless lot are no friends of Punjabi Hindus
Dhurandhar:
Karachi Police kills innocent Balochis for personal and political gain.
Satluj:
Punjab Police kills innocent Punjabis for personal and political gain.
Sanghis support one and call the other a propaganda.
Did you guys know KPS Gill was such a kind hearted man he used to take away women who were abused by their husbands and romance them, today the children of those women call him supercop and savior of punjab 😍😍
Worst political move is to ban a movie on Human Rights violations, that too about a state that always stood by the country. Question is about the generational trauma that shouldn't be left unaddressed. Life moves on but history will seal this as a verdict of muzzling of voices, freedom of expression should not be controlled. Cheating people of Punjab of their right to be heard is a callous move in the history of a democratic nation.
A 13-year-old girl endured 5 days of horrific gang-rape by 30 men in Ganganagar, yet the silence from the media and the public is deafening. Where is the outrage? Is accountability being silenced simply because of who is in power? This is a national shame.
@narendramodi
Jaswant Khalra’s wife and trust: Khalra Mission Committee’s fight led to conviction in case of Gulshan Kumar’s fake encounter by police
There are dozens of cases involving Police murdering Hindus of Punjab yet these niggas think only militant violence caused for Hindu deaths
Ex COP, KPS Gill (Bitta) were once the blue-eyed favourites of the BJP.
The movie Satluj was removed today. It was bound to happen, because anything that exposes police brutality has never been comfortable for the BJP ecosystem.
Meanwhile KPS Gill had served Gujarat after 2002 riots.
This is next-level cowardice! The Modi govt didn't allow the movie to be released for three years. Finally, when the uncut version was released over OTT, and the film got praises from every quarter, the govt decided to pull it. Zee5 deserves praise for releasing it; the cop-out is understandable under the current circumstances. But it looks just awful for India.
Theyreleased propaganda movie like dhurandhar 2 in theatres bcz it had govt bootlicking and modi cameo but removed Satluj from even OTT..I know modi is coward but didn't think they are this coward. This is dethh of already ded democracy!!
Now tell me why we should not hate this country??
