@fitbit for more than 3 weeks you can’t fix annoying bug (no HR data on exercise overview screen). Threads were opened in Fitbit Community and Reddit. Everyone who contacted @FitbitSupport got ���we are working on that” answer. Since then, 2 app updates with no fix
@andreadiversity Nope, my issue still open for more than two months. Every time I talk with they - got the same answer "You are on final stage, but can't tell you nothing". Also, I asked for email for complain, they gave address that doesn't work
