Also, the emergency zones weren't respected at the old centre so why would the self important want to lose their spaces.

@mining_museum Just a guess. They look to simply be mouldings to protect the cable ends during storage etc. to stop them fraying.

@chubsbwfc @HorwichGossip @ecogray If you are talking about the health centre, that's very unlikely to happen. So the park should be reinstated fully, and everyone will park on the surrounding roads when the apartments are built on the old leisure centre.
