The 2nd Army reported that the Cambodian side violated the ceasefire agreement, found disturbances and the use of weapons in several areas. The Thai side responded according to the situation. But it is extremely unfortunate that when the deadline came, the Thai side still found that the Cambodian side had used weapons to attack in several places within Thai territory, which is considered a deliberate violation of the agreement, intending to destroy the system of trust between each other. The Royal Thai Army therefore condemns such actions.

The Thai side must use appropriate countermeasures under the legitimate right to self-defense. It insists that the Thai side did not use military force to invade, but to prevent encroachment and maintain national sovereignty under international rules."

In addition, the army spokesman also revealed the schedule for the meeting of military unit leaders in the areas of both sides who planned to meet this morning that "There are still efforts to move forward with the meeting and talks between the military leaders of both countries. หากประเทศไทยปฏิเสธก��รรักษาผู้ป่วยจากกัมพูชาโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันสมควร (เช่น ขาดแคลนทรัพยากร) อาจถือได้ว่า���ป็นการละเมิดอนุสัญญาเจนีวาและหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ

ตามที่นายฌอน โอนีล ว่าที่เอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ระหว่างประเทศไทยและกัมพูชา ซึ่งปรากฏในสื่อสาธารณะนั้น ประชาชนชาวไทยจำนวนมากรู้สึกกังวลและไม่สบายใจต่อท่าทีที่ปรากฏในการให้สัมภาษณ์ดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะการแสดงออกที่อาจตีความได้ว่ามีลักษณะข่มขู่ประเทศไทยและมีแนวโน้มเข้าข้างกัมพูชา ซึ่งอาจสร้างความเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับจุดยืนของสหรัฐอเมริกาในประเด็นดังกล่าว

Do Kwon never admitted to fraud regarding the TerraLUNA collapse. He openly explained in a brief message on X on November 16, 2022, and in an interview with @zGuz Gzuman:

"For me, I'm pretty confident, having worked in finance and investment in the capital market all along, that the #Terra LUNA collapse was due to an attack, not fraud. Because fraud would be done slowly and quietly, but the TerraLUNA incident was a clear, fast, result-oriented operation, and they succeeded.

What was the reason for the attack?
"An interesting point is his confidence in replacing traditional banking with Crypto." And it seemed he was doing so well that it was a concern that the traditional financial system might collapse.

There's enough reason, and this theory clearly shows that the #Crypto industry should be destroyed. The events from 2023-2024 show heavy attacks on the industry to eliminate @binance from the capital market, including the arrest of @cz_binance and many other events. The proceedings were scoped to civil and criminal matters, not focusing on executives in a way that aimed to arrest them. At that time, Do Kwon requested to go to court, but the Montenegrin government refused to extradite him, citing unclear national responsibilities. After the trial, it seemed to be over.

However, later on, the DOJ requested Do Kwon for prosecution. Now, Do Kwon appears in court as a defendant. Why was this done after the SEC trial? Especially since Do Kwon had previously asked to be extradited to the US, but there was no extradition.

This case has clear forensic evidence, but there's ambiguity in the US legal proceedings.

In the US, there are many things that are not straightforward, from international politics to domestic politics, like what's happening with Donald Trump currently.
