@notomarsol Iโm back to VSCode and GitHub copilot. The limits and the pricing is very bad at cursor. Isnโt it?
How do you guys think about the limits and handle that to reach end of month? ๐
After 3 month of research i finally got my ICP:
12 weeks of development, then finally the start of my saas project. And what can I say? There were many registrations but unfortunately the users did not come back after the first visit.
It took me many more weeks to find out which features are really important, what good onboarding looks like - and above all: what is the ideal user for the product or the ideal target group?
The ideal user naturally comes and uses the product every day. But this comes really close.

@ThePeterMick I developed a saas and then used software to find out how to create good onboarding, how to increase retention, how to find the ideal user and where to acquire them. Which advertising works best and which features really contribute to success.
@harishkumar_s_s@alexsssaint really interesting! absolutely clean. making me curious.
need a free micro-tracking tool to get to your ICP? maybe i can help.
I just wanted to share our micro-tracking user profile.
This is what it looks like after a few weeks.
First version was really bad. I think there are more improvements to be implemented ... but ... yeah.
269 registrations later: Progress is kickin' in :-)
People say Build in Public is the ultimate growth hack:
