@SteeIDick Social media rapin everybody. I saw a girl comment on a girls tiktok, that was a fitness "influencer". She had amazing legs from hitting in the gym and was showing it off. The girl said "I caught my boyfriend scrolling your page, i guess i have to hit the gym instead of studying"
body count discourse is so weird to me. if you have 10 years of dating around, hitting triple digits seems pretty reasonable but people act like this is a huge deal. i don’t get how anyone remains in the single digits for life unless they marry super young or opt out of trying.
@_StreetzXDreamz@dissidentwest Yea. Longhouse is a big house where multiple families used to live. Used to be common in certain cultures and communities. Women would usually dominate trough gossip, manipulation and etc. Neutering the male power in the process.
@retardistic@FigmentFL@bioenergeticmel Facts. These churches are not far off from the "Love Thy Neighbor" crowd. People who just think Christianity is a Be Nice club. It wouldn't of survived this long if that was all there was to it.
@celestialbe1ng Its easy to like being hot and skinny as woman, or chiseled and beefy as a man. But once you have to sacrifice that to build a family, a lot of people fold. They want to hold on to the same phase the progressives do. Attractive and aesthetic. Same shit, different angle really.
@celestialbe1ng NEW Right wing aesthetic is to blame too. They praise taking care of their bodies by eating strict diets and optimizing exercise, which is great. But it quickly becomes as self obsessed and narcissistic as those they criticize. Pics of insanely attractive couples, model faces.
@ludicrousdefect@vividvoid You should never do that for your own sake. Talk to your boys only. Maybe a mother or a sister. But to your wife and gf showing weakness will consciously or subconsciously trigger a feeling of dread and lack of safety. If a tough time comes they're afraid you won't handle it.
