The reality is that both positivity and negativity are contagious. Your attitude spreads to your friends, your family, your community, and even complete strangers on the internet.

None of us are positive every single day. We all have setbacks, frustrations, and difficult moments. But we still get to choose which mindset we feed most of the time.

I'd rather be known as someone who gives people hope, makes them smile, and leaves them feeling better than when they arrived.
