@SamsungMobileUS after 14-years of loyal brand use, I'm done. I started with the Note2 and am ending with the Tab 11. Your customer service is lacking and your holiday policy is https://t.co/sZlymE5jGQ are losing a customer who wanted to spend MORE$, but you could care less.

I am in desperate need of Icy-Snow, Sandstorm and Ocean. I am from Modern. If you can help, I would be greatly appreciative I play daily and I am good about sending gifts. Thank you!

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@NianticHelp I did quite a few raids in the last couple of days and saw no shinies. I do not have a box.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

We are still on tarmac.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@Delta we have been stuck on flight DL 5694 for over 8 hours. This was supposed to be an hour and 20 min flight. The bathrooms are overflowing. This was a no cabin service flight. We are still on plane. What is the plan for compensation?

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@1pokemonfan1 @PokemonGoApp Couldn't find a single 4☆ raid with anyone wanting to play. My son & I had to phone a friend to come out and help. We were the only people in park for 90min looking to raid. Only found 1 shiny. Big bust! Won't do that again.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@ChrisAm42069 @isabell69lovely @NianticHelp I can speak for 5 people and the shiny rate was terrible.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@Alkaizer1987 @PokemonGoApp @NianticHelp It was NOT a good event. I was with three others and between the four of us we only got a couple of shinies. One friend only found two yesterday and they were ones she already had. This weekend was very disappointing. I guess disappointment was a "worldwide event".

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@Alkaizer1987 @PokemonGoApp @NianticHelp We haven't started yet, but I'll let you know! I was reading all the comments and it looks like lots of others talking about a lack of shinies everwhere.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@RichAugust @PokemonGoApp I thought about that earlier! Lol!

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@MWright31301795 @PokemonGoApp We bought our tickets awhile ago, so at least we have that...... although we shall see if the incense is really boosted.

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@PokemonGoApp Hasn't moved much since last night. Forget the canoe. Need a swamp buggy in some areas. 😭

[Karen Gee @8karengee]

@PokemonGoApp This is going to be the best ever Go Fest for those of us who live in South Florida. Are we still considered explorers if we have to canoe through the streets and parks? It's been non-stop rain all day and it will continue until tomorrow evening.
