If an order is later canceled due to out-of-stock items or returns, and you place a new order for a different item, the service fee applicable at that time will be charged. Therefore, the ¥300 rate may no longer apply.

However, the required compliance information is generally available only from the manufacturer or its authorized exporters. As a result, parallel imports and second-hand products may not be importable into the U.S.

In light of Japan Post’s resumption of acceptance, please note that the temporary waiver of Extension storage fees will end at the end of May, after which standard storage terms will resume.

As announced by Japan Post today, acceptance of commercial shipments to the United States will resume from April 14, 2026 (JST).

For shipments up to USD 800, duties and taxes prepaid (DDP) shipping via Japan Post will be available.

This may help reduce overall costs, especially for customers ordering small items in limited quantities, such as K-pop photocards, as well as those purchasing lightweight but bulky items like plush toys.
