Did you know FARWEST HAITI MISSION INC. Was incorporated in 2007 by Rod Vanderbilt? Most of you know that Haiti is a HOTBED for money Laundering. In 2016 Farwest added a new Director. Ted Farnsworth. Roughly 1.5 years after that, HMNY acquires a majority stake in Moviepass. Interesting series of events.

Mr. Lowe former CEO of Moviepass then goes on the record about frivolous spending on the Sundance Film Festival. In order to 'raise awareness within the entertainment community'

Ironic that the same Modus Operandi is continuing with the likes of EDC/Okeechobee millions spent with little to no financial controls.

Whilst Farnsworth is under indictment it seems he is continuing these fraudulent acts via proxy. Lisa King, Vroman, McFadden, Ferguson. It's all the same MO.

As someone who spent months of
Voluntary time contributing to a prior case against Hudson Bay I am incredibly excited and eager to see them being named in a new Vinco Ventures derivative lawsuit. I believe they are serial market manipulators who have a significant responsibility in stealing billions of our dollars, leading to the demise of our company. So much gratitude to Hamrick and Martineau for putting themselves out there and taking action for shareholders in an attempt to hold these people accountable.

I also suggest EVERY shareholder “victim” that has concerns for our company and your “shareholder value” contacts the DOJ and explains the pressing matter of case #A-25-912008-P and how our company has now been high jacked by what seems to be professional criminals. Liqueous capital LP allegedly run by Jacob Fernane & Robert Hymers III both with wrap sheets that are longer than Ted & Rod’s! Open cases currently on drug trafficking charges, many recent cases involving securities violations,unjust enrichment,Breach of contract ect. We need to obtain the contact as articulated in the recent conference call with the DOJ and convey this to the FBI fraud team expeditiously in my opinion! It’s up to us shareholders and victims of fraud to help the slow moving hands of the justice system be aware of crimes that may or may not be committed. We need to have the courts or government bodies intervene and assign an interim ceo/cfo bonded to the courts”Receivership” to protect the company At this point in my opinion!
