Joe Rogan went off on Bill Gates and weather modification:
Cloud seeding is one thing, but spraying reflective particles into the atmosphere to block the sun?
Rogan’s reaction: “Hey fuck face, who are you to make a decision for the whole world? You didn’t even graduate college. Shut the fuck up.”
He’s worried about the massive unintended consequences, like accidentally triggering the next ice age.
When one extremely wealthy individual can influence planetary-scale experiments with unknown long-term risks, it raises serious questions about hubris and accountability.
What’s your general take, should wealthy individuals like Bill Gates be allowed to experiment with large-scale climate modification, or is this too dangerous?
Every adult being forced to upload passports or driver’s licences to multiple private companies just to use the Internet is an Aladdins cave for hackers. You’ve no idea where that data ends up, who gets access to it. Once your data is out there, you don’t get it back.
Here's why you don't have to worry about having high LDL on carnivore.
It's the sugar and the seed oils that are the problem.
Carnivore eliminates them.

Testosterone is made from cholesterol.
Oestrogen is made from cholesterol.
Cortisol is made from cholesterol.
Vitamin D is made from cholesterol.
Bile acids that digest fat are made from cholesterol.
Progesterone, which sustains pregnancy, is made from cholesterol.
Every cell membrane in your body contains cholesterol.
Every nerve is insulated by myelin, which is largely cholesterol.
Every memory you form requires cholesterol to build the synapse that holds it.
Your brain is 60% fat, mostly cholesterol.
Breast milk is rich in cholesterol because infant brains cannot develop without it.
Nature, given the job of designing the perfect first food, put cholesterol in it.
When you eat less of it, the liver makes more.
Because the body knows it cannot function without it.
We declared war on cholesterol in 1977.
Testosterone in men has dropped 25%.
Vitamin D deficiency is now endemic.
One in three adults over fifty is on a statin lowering the cholesterol the body is desperately trying to maintain.
Depression rates have tripled.
Infertility rates have doubled.
The war is going well.

Just finished one of the most eye-opening interviews I’ve heard in a while with Dr. Robert Lustig on Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO.
He didn’t hold back:
“Ultra-processed food is obesogenic. If you keep eating the same shit, don’t expect anything good to happen. But it’s hard. It’s very hard.”
73% of the items in the American grocery store are poison. If a food has a label, it’s a warning label. And if sugar is in the first three ingredients? It’s dessert. Even Chinese chicken salad.
Rhonda Patrick just gave a super practical breakfast recommendation on Chris Williamson’s podcast.
She recommends eggs (4–5 depending on your size) scrambled, paired with bacon, steak, or smoked salmon for omega-3s. She prefers pasture-raised eggs because the chickens eat grass and greens, boosting choline (key for brain function) and lutein.
Simple, high-protein, nutrient-dense, and no processed junk.
Studies confirm egg yolk choline improves verbal memory and cognitive function, while pasture-raised eggs contain significantly more lutein, omega-3s, and better nutrient profiles than conventional ones. High-protein breakfasts also stabilize energy and focus throughout the day.
Most breakfast advice is either overly complicated or loaded with sugar. This feels sustainable and actually nourishing.
I’ve been leaning into higher-protein mornings lately and the difference in steady energy is noticeable. Rhonda’s approach feels refreshingly straightforward.
What’s your go-to high-protein breakfast that actually keeps you full and sharp?
This conversation really got me thinking. I’m all for strong women and involved fathers, but not when it leaves so many men feeling worthless and without purpose.
When young men lose meaning, it doesn’t stay contained — it ripples into families, relationships, and society. We need honest talk instead of more shame or denial.
I want real balance, not payback. Have we gone too far redefining manhood without building a healthy replacement?

The science lines up strongly. That Philippines longitudinal study (624 men) showed new partnered fathers experienced median drops of 26% in morning testosterone and 34% in evening levels - far steeper than the modest age-related declines in single non-fathers. Hands-on dads doing 3+ hours of daily childcare (plus co-sleeping) saw the biggest drops.
On top of that, broader trends show testosterone levels in men have been falling generationally — a 60-year-old man in 2004 had about 17% lower T than one the same age in 1987, with young men showing significant declines from 1999–2016 even after controlling for BMI and lifestyle. It’s evolutionary for bonding, but when pushed too far in role reversals, it can leave men feeling even less vital.
Erica Komisar cut straight to it: we’ve taken away men’s traditional sense of purpose, protecting and providing, and while lifting women up was important, something in the modern push has felt vengeful.
Steven Bartlett highlighted some brutal stats: nearly 31% of men aged 18-24 had no sexual activity in the past year (almost doubled in 18 years), men make up ~80% of suicides in the US, and growing numbers feel hopeless and purposeless.
Komisar sees it daily in her practice and with her own two sons. Young men feel diminished and adrift.

So Martin is criticising what Bertie said about migrants but when the fellow below 👇 said that Irish people should be beaten on the streets or shot in the head, Martin said nothing , but instead endorsed the said fellow to run in the council election. Martin should resign.
Dr Billy Ralph's Fittnes to Practice Hearing, will resume on Monday 18th May 10am at The Talbot Hotel Stilorgan Co Dublin. No doubt the media will continue to apply the same censorship; however it is a public hearing, and the truth is going on the record.
Further evidence and expert testimony will reiterate the fact that the general public were coerced (and in many cases forced) into being injected with dangerous genetic 'vaccines'.
See you there and sincere thanks for your prayers and support the truth will win in the end, it always does! ❤️
