Aaah. My chart reading knowledge is growing now too. You all are probably right. Glad to hear that everyone knows Riesling can cellar for a long time. We just opened for our daughters grad her birthyear icewine. Will keep the rest of the cases for her future milestones 😊

@8th_Generation Perfect pairing. We actually decanted the wine. Just a hint of petrol, clean citrus fruit, honey, minerality, incredibly long finish. We have more :-)
