We enjoyed being part of our District night at Lapwing Lodge last night. The brownies played games, completed a wide game, and the @GirlguidingScot I belong challenge. The Rangers enjoyed doing some back woods cooking. We all enjoyed our campfire 🔥

Tonight we completed the @GirlguidingScot #OutAndAbout2023 Make a splash challenge. We decorated ducks, made boats/rafts, learned about the @RNLI and had a duck race. It was great fun for everyone!

Tonight we had a fun night before we start our new term. We completed the @GirlguidingScot #OutandAbout challenge badge. The brownies made butterflies and the guides made Promise and Law themed stories. @GirlguidingRen @Girlguiding

8th Paisley Guides had a belated Interational woman’s day tonight. Learning about some inspirational women, including Amelia Earhart,Florence Nightingale, and Emmeline Pankhurst.
They made a big picture with the traits they think a good role model should have. @GirlguidingRen

We have kicked off our #Take2in2022 @ScotChiefGuide challenge. By planting sunflower seeds. We even got our church involved by giving everyone 2 seeds to plant. We are excited to see what else we can get up to on this challenge @GirlguidingScot @gailmfox @Carolmorwood

Last night some of our Guides and leaders became @alzheimerssoc dementia friends. By learning more about Dementia and how it can affect everyone differently. We even made our Dementia friend pledges. @GuidesPaisley @GirlguidingScot @Girlguiding

We had a great first night back face-to-face last night. Made some plans to kick off the year. We were delighted to see all the girls return from last year and even some new faces. Excited to see what this year will bring for us @GuidesPaisley @GirlguidingScot

Our units virtual sleepover is under way! We are travelling back in time to celebrate 50years of South Newton. We’re excited to see what we all get up to over the weekend as we adventure from the 1970s to the 2010s @GuidesPaisley @GirlguidingScot #girlguidingrenfrewshire

We are enjoying meeting back face to face. Tonight we ticked off some more badge work. Making bird feeders, morse code messages, animal athletics and testing our camp bed waterproofing skills....we had some very wet miniature camp beds 🏕⛺️

This morning we have visited @Sangamwc and @kusafiriwc on our virtual sleepover. We learnt about brownie uniforms around the world, played guess the safari animal and describe the animals. The girls are now completing their crafts at home. Before we continue our travels later.

Getting ready for our virtual sleepover tonight. We are visiting the 5 world centres. Tonight we are starting with Our Cabaña in Mexico. Looking forward to a bit of travelling around the world...from home. @GuidesPaisley @GirlguidingScot @Girlguiding
