Due to the tarriffs and the removal of the ‘de minimis’ by the current U.S. president we are suspending shipments to the U.S.A.

@UPS It is not one order it is every single order I have sent to the U.S. since Feb. 4th. We sent 20 or so tracking numbers to support agent Gemma and she was to email back Tuesday and as always no reply. Total silence.

@UPS_Canada we have had orders hung up in customs for a week now for some form we need to complete and have been unable after 4 attempts now to get anyone from UPS to call us back to help. Does no one pick up a phone anymore? We haven’t even managed to get a reply to our emails.
