@doubleblue44 @Tablesalt13 @MohsinM_ I’m in water treatment - see about 15-20 homes a week with some city, some wells - so I get to see this stuff a lot. In the Ottawa area/Toronto area. I’ve seen as high as $40k for septics. Avg is $20k so you’re not off. Sounds like a big job though here
