@BayObserver Thank you for your reporting on this. I am sure I am not alone in thinking that real answers are owed to the public and individuals need to be held to account.
@APack40969@fordnation Too funny, somehow you avoid anything with Aluminum (never bought a car or can of beer) or Potash (never had American grown food that needs fertilizer). Good luck with keeping your prices in check
@tbryan013 @evo4g63t@krassenstein Do your dd, it's all energy from Canada, maybe they can just turn off the Taps and electricity, and watch what happens to millions of Americans
@CNBCFastMoney@mmcassella@GuyAdami@timseymour@karenfinerman@RBAdvisors Wonder if Canada will just shut off the oil and electricity to the USA. Millions of Americans in the north east without power, and refiners in the south with nothing to refine. Maybe @GuyAdami should look beyond Canadian hockey players playing in the USA as the only riak
@stephenmdangelo@JoeyColeman I would also include the length of time that they have held the properties as vacant boxes, adding no value to the community. Totally shameful. We need a vacant land and building tax that aggressively increases until these land speculators are squeezed out.
@JoeyColeman Challenging those height limits will prove to be an interesting outcome not only for this site but others dotted throughout downtown and near future LRT stops
@JoeyColeman Ah yet another decision that will make its way to the OLT and waste more time and tax payer's money for a decision will echo good planning practice.
@JoeyColeman@cityofhamilton Just ridiculous... Perfectly suited for this level of density... We need a faster track for development. And another development will be in favour of the developers, just hope they follow through once approved.
@ham_bicycleguy@Ward2Hamilton@CameronKroetsch Hmmm, maybe conjure up a vacant land tax that increases for each year it sits vacant. So many surface lots that could be put to much better use.
@JoeyColeman Imagine if the Province financially incented local municipalities to resolve planning issues before they made it to the OLT. Then there would be no (ok less) need for virtual or in person sessions!
