This needs to be expedited up the chain, to Dame Amanda if necessary, as it's clear the board are not aware Aviva's systems are down and not working with regard to basic, DAILY, valuations. Thank you.

@avivaplc @cstokie Unfortunately this is still an issue and I've emailed your team as requested by Aviva Pensions and what is clear is that the tech team covering the MyAviva app and website has no clue their own systems are not working. Pension valuations are not updating, not since 21 January.

His automated email response says he'll only pursue things under his remit with regard to being an MP and Parliamentary business etc. So clearly, no hope here #TunbridgeWells
